your Improv Community
We Belong was born out of the need to create a space for all those people living in Mallorca whose native language is not Spanish.
The spark came from Miquel Gual, who, after living in Germany, discovered that joining an improv group was so much more than just learning to improvise: it was finding a place to make real connections, build a network, and share something truly exciting.
Now, joining forces with Carito Delgado and Diego Ingold, this English-language improv space comes to life — a place where we can laugh, play, and create together, no matter where you come from or how many suitcases your story carries.
Miquel Gual
Passionate about communication and social psychology, with five years of experience in corporate training roles for organizations such as Adecco and APD. He is currently a Project Manager in the Strategic Department at Iberostar Group. In addition, he delivers communication training sessions, using improvisation as a tool to enhance creativity and effective communication.
